What is a digital twin of an office?
A living model of your organisation: locations, buildings, departments, roles, people, processes, applications and equipment, and how they fit together. You see at a glance who does what, with what, and where.
Can I start without an account?
Yes. As a guest everything lives only in your browser. If you clear your browser data, it is gone. With an account everything is stored encrypted and you can work on several devices.
Can you read my data?
No. Your data is encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your password and your account key. We have neither.
I lost my password or account key. What now?
On a device that remembers your account key you only need your password. If you lose your password, or your key and you no longer have a trusted device, we cannot recover your data. So export now and then.
How do I zoom in on an item?
Double-click a box, or click the magnifier showing the number of items inside. Use the breadcrumb at the top or the Escape key to go back.
How do I move an item to another level?
Drag it onto another box to place it inside, or drag it onto a name in the breadcrumb to move it up. You can also use "Located in" in the details panel.
